Check Instructions
All donations by check should be made out to ICMS. Please leave the check memo line blank and on a separate piece of paper indicate the check is for Beauty Out of Ashes and mailed to our office in Canada. Our treasurer, Mark Kubanek, will receive these checks and then send them on to ICMS Canada or ICMS US for processing to ensure that you receive the correct tax receipt.
If you wish to have your bank account debited on a monthly basis, please send a void check and a signed letter authorizing the transaction, including the date of the withdrawal (first or fifteenth of the month), the amount, and the designation (to whom you want your funds to be directed).
